Über Severinus Project Service

The foundation stone for Severinus Project Service was laid in Schleswig-Holstein in 2019. With a specially developed software solution (Vanti-Helfer), we have completely rethought the process of finding the right people. Helpers - or employees - no longer contact you on their own, you have to draw attention to yourself and that is exactly what we have been doing from the start.


We found our niche - because recruitment is also changing. Since Corona, more and more "social media agencies" have been entering the market and taking over the marketing of customers on all possible platforms. However, these services are usually even more expensive than a classic recruitment agency, but offer no guarantee of results and you as the customer also have to take care of the entire process with the candidates yourself. "Where does that leave me time for my own business?" you are probably asking yourself!


We combine the best of these two different services. We have the know-how of a social media agency and combine this with the all-round service and skills of a classic recruitment agency at a fair price.


To achieve this, we have specialized in the two areas of care & social services, as well as hotel & catering.
